SAN CLEMENTE, CA — The California Highway Patrol reopened several lanes of the I-5 Freeway late Tuesday afternoon, after bubbling — a sign of a potential sinkhole — was reported on the freeway's roadways earlier that morning. The bubbles were reported in the #1 lane of the freeway traveling north near Avenida Vista Hermosa in San Clemente at around 8:50 a.m., California Highway Patrol Officer Rafael Reynoso told Patch.
